Supporting the Best

Being a successful professional athlete is something a lot of young talents dream about when they start their careers. However, things don't come for granted. Not even for the best.

A structured training regimen is the routine of the everyday life of an athlete. At times, this routine seems to be even more extensive for triathletes than for road cyclists and mountain bikers. Also, on the top-level. While the latter two can normally rely on their mechanics, triathletes often can't. And that counts for both their training and racing days.

During the last couple of years, we attended a fair amount of renowned events across the globe, with the IRONMAN Hawaii being the most popular among these. We take enormous pride in having serviced the race bikes of plenty of athletes, both professionals, and amateurs. And we will continue doing so. With a sharpened focus.

Since the beginning of the season, we are going an extra mile for our key athletes. We went to Lanzarote to look after the bikes of Patrick Lange, Andreas Dreitz and Michelle Vesterby, just to name a few of them. Another one on this list is Mario Mola.

The Spaniard has established himself at the top of the ITU World Ranking. His extensive palmarès includes two World Championship titles and numerous wins over the Olympic distance.

Mario Mola rides a BH G7 Pro. His custom-painted race bike is equipped with a CeramicSpeed OSPW System, Bottom Bracket, UFO Racing Chain and Wheel Kit.

Finding an ITU athlete who has access to a dedicated mechanic is quite difficult. Therefore, we decided to fill this gap and help our athletes on the ITU World Triathlon Series circuit. Just before the start of the season, we went to visit Mario at his home on Mallorca to upgrade his bike. We also travelled with him to Abu Dhabi and Yokohama, two races in which he proved his mettle.

We will not stop our commitment here. Instead, we will continue to cover his back at the most important races. And we will continue our support for athletes that accelerate their ambitions with the help of CeramicSpeed products, both on professional and amateur level.
