Customer Service Assistant
CeramicSpeed is a leading high-end brand in the cycling industry. We have a strong brand and are continuously working to improve and strengthen our presence among cycling enthusiasts all over the world. Due to exceptional growth globally, we are now looking for a Customer Service Assistant to support our customers with first class technical support from our Americas division in the Boulder, Colorado office.
As Customer Service Assistant we expect you to work independently within a team-based, diverse, fast-paced environment. You need to have the ability to balance closing sales with customer satisfaction and to explain technical information for end users and wholesale partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service to both B2C and B2B customers.
- Answer phone, email and live chat questions regarding compatibility, installation & set-up, benefits & features, warranties, and sales.
- Technical support for customers, sales reps, and events.
- Provide customer service and market feedback to the management team.
- Handle sales orders and warranties.
- Update our ERP system with customer information.
The Americas office is a small team working independently with their own tasks while constantly coordinating and aligning with each other to make sure no synergies are lost, or no details overlooked.
To become a success in this position, it is important that you enjoy and manage work independently within a collaborative framework. It is important that you pay attention to details, are service-minded and willing to walk an extra mile for a customer.
We expect that you have the following experience and/or skills:
- Customer service experience and skills.
- Well versed in bike componentry and standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary range for the position: $17-$19/hr. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, 5 weeks PTO plus holidays and 401(k). Job starts after agreement.
