We may receive your personal information from a third party outside of CeramicSpeed A/S. This could for example, occur in connection with the purchase of a company where you are already a customer, or if one of our partner companies provides us with your personal information. If you do not wish for us to use any personal information that you have not sent to us yourself, then you can inform us of this using the contact details below.

We only share your data with third parties in the following circumstances:

  • If we have sold you a product, or offer you a service, in cooperation with other companies. In these circumstances, your personal data will be shared with the company concerned. We always inform you that this is the case, and who these companies are, before you register. Please note, that these companies will usually have their own policies regarding the protection of personal data, which apply to the way they use your personal data. These companies’ policies on the protection of personal data can differ from CeramicSpeed’s policy on data protection.

 

  • If we sell our company to another company. A change of ownership can involve the transfer of your personal data to the purchaser, if the data is directly relevant to the company in question. CeramicSpeed will not sell or transfer your personal data to a third party for use for the purposes of the third party.
